Up for sale is a Huntleigh Healthcare Alpha Active Alternating Air Mattress.  This mattress has been recently removed from our rental inventory and is in good working condition. The photographs are of the actual mattress that you will be receiving.   Unlike a "Low-air-loss" mattress, the Huntleigh Alpha Active has 18 cells, which are in sets of two and alternate from the foot to the head of the mattress. You will notice that every other cell in the mattress is deflated while the others are inflated to provide support. Every ten minutes the cells will alternate.  This provides nearly full pressure relief over the entire torso about 3 times per hour.  The sale of this mattress may be subject to regulations by the U.S. Federal Food and Drug Administration and state and local regulatory agencies. Please only purchase if you are an authorized purchaser. The sale of this mattress is final.  No guarantees are implied or given.
