It has a x19 22awg twisted pairs (min. 6.9 twists/ft) of PVC (PolyVinyl Chloride)-insulated color-coded stranded (7x30 stranding) tinned copper conductors, with an individual 22awg stranded (7x30 stranding) tinned copper drain wire for each pair, with each pair+drain wrapped in an individual foil shield (125% coverage foil free aluminum/mylar tape backing with aluminum side facing in), with all 19 shielded pairs then cabled/twisted at min. 1.4 twists/ft, then covered in a 125% coverage clear mylar tape core wrap, all in a slate (gray) PVC jacket.
