Exceptional top-class audiophile ALPS stepped volume and balance potentiometers:10Kohm x2 Volume (8D5X-10Kohmx2): step error +/- 0.5 dB, gang error 0.5 dB 100Kohm x2 Balance (8D5X-100KohmBx2). Removed from functioning equipment. Work perfectly. The volume and balance controls you need for a top-class pre-amp project. You won't be disappointed. 1/4" diameter shafts have been cut to approximately 1/4" (0.25") in length, more than adequate for attaching standard knobs or shaft couplers/extenders if needed.
