Alsident System 75 Part Number 75-3590-3-7-5 Fume Extraction Arm For sale- an Alsident System 75 Part Number 75-3590-3-7-5. As you can see it is new, sealed in the factory plastic. It looks like it is made from PVC, but in fact this is the chemical resistant (CR) version, made from polypropylene (PP). I assume that if you are looking at this you already know what it is for, spot removal of hazardous fumes in the workplace. But if you need more info I found a place on the Alsident website here that not only has specs and info for this but a number of downloads of the manual, mounting instructions, brochure, etc. So please do your own homework there before you buy. The 75-3590-3 is a 3 joint wall or ceiling mount vent version. I think the last couple of numbers only designate the color which as you can see is white. The sale includes the Ceiling Column as pictured, which I measure at about 39” long so that would make it the 1000mm version which they designate 1000/40 (part number 2-1000). They have the ceiling side capped with rubber or something on the one in the picture, but I don’t see why you couldn’t peel that off and use it that way, as the side vent is also capped. So I won’t speculate as to whether the ceiling column is a -80 or -20 suffix. Again, the ceiling mount is included IF you want it and the shipping cost reflects its inclusion. IF you don’t need it please let me know and the shipping cost will be reduced accordingly. I have twelve of the 75-3590’s to start with. Eight are completely sealed in the factory packaging. Three, including the one pictured have a small tear in it, I can’t even get the mounting instructions all the way out to photograph as you can see. I think they may be missing the small screws that would be used to attach the portion that goes into the ceiling column to the rest of the unit. Nothing a trip to the hardware store can’t fix I would guess. And I have another one where the bag is torn up pretty good but I don’t believe the arm has been taken out. These things were unceremoniously tossed into a couple of old crates so some of the tears may have come from just the way they were handled. And I have a dozen of the 1-7528 280mm clear PETG plastic hoods; I was going to sell them separately because there are a number of different hoods available, but when I took a closer look only 3 of them were for use with the Chemically Resistant PP pipe. So even though I don’t have a picture of the hood it is included in the sale and I will try to add a picture of one in the near future (one has been added, last picture). I also have four used fume extractors, and of course those will be offered at a lower price. Those are on ceiling columns that I measure at a little over 26” long, which doesn’t correspond to any of the column lengths I see listed, but shorter than the ones being sold with the new extraction systems. Obviously all of this stuff is completely untested and NO warranty is offered. Alternatively I would be happy to ship it charged to your Fedex account. I will under NO circumstances ship it UPS, the people there don’t seem to be smart enough to handle a shipment charged to the recipients account, nor do they appear to be smart enough to correct their mistake after the fact. These will require a very long box that I probably will not have in hand when you purchase them, which means I will have to go out and buy a box.
