The auction may end early at Universal Refrigeration's sole discretion. The Alto Shaam hot food buffet can hold up to three full-size (gastronorm) pans and features stainless steel exterior panels. It is available with decorator carts and panels to provide even more options for customization. The exterior is made of 18 gauge non-magnetic stainless steel, and a double-sided sneeze guard covers six 100-watt, safety-coated bulbs controlled by one ON/OFF switch. The heated stainless steel base also has heat guards for customer protection and is controlled by one ON/OFF switch, and adjustable thermostat with a range of 1 through 10 with one indicator light. Universal Refrigeration is the contact for this product, and their warehouse is open to the public Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. All used equipment has been cleaned, tested, and repaired by certified technicians. Shipping is available upon request and can be arranged through FREIGHTQUOTE or the customer's preferred shipping company. The Alto Shaam model 200-HFT, a 10' heated buffet, features exterior styling that is ideal for Chinese-themed restaurants. The HALO HEAT technology provides controlled, uniform heat that cooks and holds food gently, resulting in better appearance, taste, and longer holding life. This hot food buffet also helps retain product moisture and flavor, keeping the food hot and fresh without the need for water or plumbing. The hot food table is mounted on 6" flanged legs for counter-top applications and is available with stainless steel exterior panels as standard. Optional mobile decorator carts are available in 18 gauge non-magnetic stainless steel construction, mounted on 5" heavy-duty casters. The Alto Shaam hot food buffet measures 120"x 45"x 60" tall and operates on 115 v 60hz 1 phase. Installation is easy, with either a free-standing or drop-in design, and mounted heat guards offer customer protection. Additionally, flush end panels allow units to be adjoined end-to-end, making the buffet table easily expandable to meet specific requirements. An adjustable thermostat, power switch, and power inlet allows for customized settings, and an ON/OFF switch controls overhead lights.
