The information below is from the factory website The 500-TH/III is a 19" wide, deluxe control electric undercounter low temperature Halo Heat cook and hold oven from Alto-Shaam that has 1 compartment with the capacity for 40 lb, 4 full-size pans. The cook and hold oven has a heavy duty stainless steel exterior and the unit rolls smoothly on 2 1/2" casters (2 rigid, 2 swivel with brakes). The deluxe controls on this cook and hold oven includes a LED display, On/Off button, cook temperature button (200 -325 degrees F), a cook time control button (1 minute - 24 hours), a probe control button and hold temperature button. There are also 8 programmable menu buttons, a hold mode count-up timer, and indicator lights for operation status. The 500-TH/III cook and hold oven is an electric unit that is available as 120 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase and 16.0 Amps for 1.9 kW and uses a NEMA 5-20P plug, or 230 Volts, 50/60 Hertz, 1-phase and 12.0 Amps for 2.8 kW and uses a CEE 7/7 plug, or 208-240V units that must be hardwired for 208 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase and 11.2 Amps for 2.7 kW or 240 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase and 12.5 Amps for 3.0 kW.
