This item up for auction is a used Alto Shaam 500-TH ALTO SHAAM 500-TH COUNTER TOP LOW TEMPERATURE COOK & HOLD OVEN. I won this item as part of a lot from a closed down business in the food service industry. I tested this item and it is working. I plugged the item in and turned the temp all the way up and it got hot as it was supposed to. I let the item run for 90 minutes and it held the heat as it was supposed to. The only thing I see wrong with the item is that there is a crack in the glass on the front door. This in no way effects the functionality of the item and can be replaced cheaply.
