The Alto-Shaam ED2-48 full service heated display case can hold up to three full size food pans. Two individually managed base heat zones with indicator lights allow for precision control of temperatures. The six, shatter-proof overhead lights are also divided into two zones for better temperature management. The Alto-Shaam ED2-48 full service countertop heated display case features two tinted and reflective tempered glass sliding doors on the operator side that reflect heat back onto the food and allow easy access. A 10" x 36" operator-side work shelf makes it easy to add or remove products. The 48" wide Alto-Shaam ED2-48 full serve heated display case is UL Listed.
