Alto Shaam - Heated Display Case w/ Halo Heat Technology - Countertop - Self Service - 48"L Hot Deli Case - Does "NOT" Includes Equipment Stand Description Videos This counter-top full service Halo Heat Display Case will blend perfectly any where you put it. The interior is stainless steel and is roomy enough for 3 full-size pans, or a combination of other pan and sheet pan sizes. The curved glass front lifts to a right angle for cleaning purposes and has a rubber gasket around its rim to protect it from damages. A front-mounted heat guard ensures the comfort of your customers as they stand near the case. Six coated shatter proof bulbs in two overhead lighting zones brighten the case. Each zone has its own power switch. Condensation won't ruin the view of your cooking because you don't add water to the unit to produce it. Emanating from two heating zones in the bottom of the case is Halo Heat, which blankets your foods with still warmth to protect it's freshly-cooked state. Each of the heating zones is thermostatically controlled, with setting ranges of 1 to 10, and individual heat indicator lights. Behind the case you'll find sliding glass doors to allow for stocking, serving and cleaning. The interior of these doors is mirrored so that there's a more complete view of the meals being offered. Four inch legs provide stability for the case. EcoSmart technology is behind the efficiency and environmental friendliness of this case.
