You are looking at a Al 6063 sputtering target that is slightly used. This target was analysed using an X-ray gun. The purity of the target cannot be verified, but it came from an Allied Signal foundry so it is likely 5 9's. It is bonded onto an MRC Copper backing plate. There is a slight dent in the backing plate but this should be fine for  sputtering.
