You are considering an Amacoil Bobifil ER33 Coil Winder / Winding Machine. This machine is used and is in fair overall condition. We have powered up this machine here and it seems to operate fine. However, we don't have any knowledge of coil winding and the machine has not been tested under working conditions. Machine is being sold AS IS. It looks like the original controls were upgraded. The control box has a digital wrap counter with reset button. There is also a speed control, Start & Stop button with E-Stop and a second control that we believe has to do with setting the tension on the wire (this is only a guess). This machine was purchased from the Peavey Manufacturing facility in Meridian, MS. The tag on the machine states that it was used for winding the voice coils for the Peavey Scorpion Series speakers. We received several items with this machine related to the process: Qty. 42, 2-1/2" OD X 5" "Spools" (not sure what they're called). Qty. 33, 2-1/2" ID X 3/8" thick "Spacer Rings". Qty. 8 "Metal Trays" Approximately 14 "usable" 1-3/4" dia. shafts with a ring and square bar welded on one end. The "shaft and ring" slide in and around the "spool" and the square bar fits in notches on the right side of the machine. These parts may be proprietary to Peaveys operation and may be useless for anything else. We are including them with the machine because they came with it.
