(7.8mm)This tapered spindle adapter kit is suitable for shafts with a diameter less than 0.31 (7.8mm). The polishing wheel hole can be between 2/5 inch (0.4mm)-1/2 inch (12mm).Please purchase according to the size to avoid the machine that does not fit you. Application : The tapered spindle adapter is installed on the mini bench buffers, small bench grinder. Can be connected with cloth polishing wheel, fiber wheel, wool wheel. 3 inch, 6 inch, 8 inch polishing wheel for bench grinder Advantage: Spindle adapters are made of strong steel for durability and long service life. Installed in a small Bench Buffer machine, start the machine, polishing wheel rotation, The polishing wheel on the threaded rod becomes tighter and tighter as it rotates.the machine will not shake (more stable than other shafts) Installation: Install the spindle adapter on the bench buffer machine and tighten the two screws with a small wrench. Align the center hole of the polishing wheel with the tip of the shaft, push in and turn the tightening polishing wheel. 1 pair provided can assemble on both side of bench grinder. Note:Ighten the two screws, start the machine at a low speed, and increase the speed according to the polishing needs.After finishing the polishing work, remove the polishing shaft and smear the surface with grease to protect the smoothness of the parts and prolong the service life.
