Excess from a local bank auction of shuttered restaurants. Brand: Amana (actually produced by ACP, Accelerated Cooking Products, under trademark license) Model: ACE14 Convection Express, Microwave & Convection Oven Model #: P2000401M Serial #: 1105100495 Volt: 208/230V (Power plug shown in photo #11) Amp: 20 Power: 3200W Certifications: Intertek Manu date: 5/2011 Testing: We are liquidators, not actual users of the equipment so the testing is limited. I plugged it in and it displays: "Convection Express" (photo #1). I opened and closed door to allow it to run a cook cycle. I pushed "Preheat" on top touch panel and it shows "Oven Preheating 425" (photo #2). I pushed a couple side touch panel numbers and it shows/started the corresponding preset. I pushed the top "Time Entry" button and it allowed me to enter time. I pushed "Temp Entry" button and it allowed me to enter temp. I opened the door and it felt warm inside already. No further testing performed. Appears to work as intended. It appears in very good physical and cosmetic construction too all except for the one "dent" in the middle of the door that you can see best in the 2nd photo. It doesn't affect anything but it is visible if that matters to you. Will usually be shipped within one business day of payment via YRC Freight. After purchase, I will need to send an invoice with included freight before it can be paid for.
