These Amana Menumaster MXP22MK High Speed Commercial Microwave/ convection/ Infrared ovens are in great shape and working condition. They were removed from the original location because the owner wanted the ability to update their menu wirelessly between 200 locations. The units are approximately 2-2.5 years old. The interior catalytic converter allows for operation without a hood by filtering out grease and odors with two removable air filters. The control panel has the ability to store programs for up to 360 menu items and is USB flash drive compatible. Microwave mode has 11 power levels with 4 cooking stages plus a defrost mode and has an output of 2200 watts. The convection oven provides a temperature range from 200 to 520 degrees Fahrenheit and the convection fan distributes heat throughout the cavity to reduce cooking times.
