For Sale is an AMEREX IS45ABC (45 LB) Dry chemical Industrial fire suppression Canister filled with ABC (Model 555) dry chemical, Pressure Actuator with Amerex Part No.15157, and Pressure Gauge . Model 555 Dry Chemical Suppresses more fire, by volume, than any other agent.With protection against Class A (wood, paper, pulp), Class B (flammable liquids) and Class C (live electrical equipment) is the agent that is best suited for most Industrial hazards, including Vehicle Spray Booths.. This Canister is full, according to the Pressure Gauge level indicator. AUTOMATIC INDUSTRIAL DRY CHEMICAL SYSTEM: The Amerex “IS” system uses Amerex exclusive ABC (Model 555) dry chemical. ABC dry chemical has quick flame “knock-down” and can help to secure Class A fires against re-ignition. Since many hazards involve a variety of fuel sources, the Amerex ABC dry chemical, with protection against Class A (wood, paper, pulp), Class B (flammable liquids) and Class C (live electrical equipment), and is the agent that is best suited for most Industrial hazards. Configurations in Usage: “New Coverage” for paint spray booths - The Amerex “IS” System is available with the TFP nozzle (Total Flooding Perimeter) nozzle (purchased separately, not part of this EBay item). A single IS45 cylinder using twoTFP nozzles will cover 30% more volume – 5,440 cu. ft. – compared to the standard coverage using four TF nozzles. Locating the TFP nozzles on the perimeter saves on system components, number of cylinders and piping. Nozzle location will be easier while a typical system installation will require less equipment and less installation time. NOTE: A complete Fire Suppression System should be engineered and in accordance with local Building Regulations and Codes, and Fire Codes and Regulations. This is not a complete system, and only provides some of the components needed for an operational and permitted Industrial Fire Suppression System.
