Wendel Crestline, MBI Publishing Co., 1999 584 pages rich with photographs Ex-Library, Used, in Very Good Plus Condition This book is THE reference book for stationary gasoline engine collectors.  It’s the encyclopedia of hit-or-miss, by the great authority on the subject, C. H. Wendel. Lists all the manufacturers alphabetically, gives a brief history of each company, and shows more than 1000 photos and illustrations of their engines. A gorgeous book, an indispensable reference for antique and vintage gas engine enthusiasts. This is now quite a collectible book, with copies selling from $80.00 and up on abebooks. The book is ex-library, used, clean, the covers and binding have been clear laminated, and it is all in very, very good condition. 1st page has corner clipped, with library card holder, otherwise nothing important to note. Overall the book is 8.5” wide x 11” tall x 1.75” thick.
