American Heart Association Instructor Bag I really love the style of this bag. It is very well-made with both an over the shoulder, adjustable strap with a removable "cushion" at the top to protect your shoulder. You can also remove the strap and carry it by the handle at the top of the bag. The hardware that attaches the strap is a nice, high quality metal. The American Heart Association logo and "Instructor" are embroidered on the front of the bag. The measurements are: 13" x 14.25" x 4.5" There are several pockets - right under the front panel, there is a wind pocket, approx. 10 inches deep, but shallow that could hold a notebook or manuals. In front of that, there is a 4 inch pocket and three slots for pens. Behind that, there are two side by side pockets that are not deep. Might be good for a cell phone, calculator, etc. The main compartment of the bag is quite large. This would hold most laptops or tablets easily. At the back of the main compartment, there are three additional, low pockets. There are also small rubber "feet" on the bottom of the bag.
