This would be a very cool antique for display (or use). There is a "9799" number on the lower bottom left. CONDITION: This unit had been recently used in an eye exam (Optometrist) office. It is very worn (used). Shows marks wear and some possible mildew / wear on the wood that the chart is mounted too.
