This AMERICAN OPTICAL SPENCER ROTARY MICROTOME MODEL 820 is in excellent condition and guaranteed to function 100%. Unit has been tested and operates very smoothly. American Optical 820 microtomes are used to cut very thin slices of plant and animal tissue for examination under a microscope. 0.5 to 50 microns. Includes rigid knife-holder and knife.
