After the initial signature of the delivery of the equipment package, Deli Design Inc cannot be held responsible for damages incurred. For your own protection, please do not accept damaged products. Inspect all shipments carefully before signing and accepting products from any freight company. If the products are accepted with damage, freight companies will not pay for the repairs or replacement. Please report any concealed freight damage immediately to the shipping company and retain all crating materials for possible return. Any item returned must be in new condition, and any damages or shortages must be identified at the time of delivery. Please record any information on the bill of lading before the delivery person leaves. The American Range Char-Broiler AERB-16 is a brand new, never-before-used piece of equipment with excess inventory. Please note that the item is sold as is, with no warranties. Item descriptions may vary from the spec sheet, and some items may ship out of their original crating. There is a possibility that the item may be new, excess inventory, or a discontinued model. Delivery will be completed during normal business hours, Monday-Friday between 8AM-5PM. Lift-gate is not included unless noted in the purchase description. Please be aware that once the equipment and supplies are ordered for this project, they cannot be returned or canceled. Any equipment damage after delivery by other trades or parties is the sole responsibility of the buyer or the party that damaged the unit. Standard shipping costs will be determined and calculated at the time of purchase. If applicable, sales tax will be included in the price.
