Specially enhanced with less adhesion for easier removal and two-sided backing so pads may be replaced for re-use. Pads include graphics which show correct front, side and back placement. ***For Training Use Only, Does Not Deliver Shock!*** Returns and Exchanges Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of product shipment. The items must be unopened and unused for returns. Food, water, videos, and medicine cannot be returned OR exchanged. The customer must pay for shipping back to our warehouse, as well as a 20% restocking fee. If the item purchased is exchanged with an equal or greater value replacement, the restocking fee is waived. Before returning or exchanging any items, the customer must contact us to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
