There is some damage to the corners - a tear on the lower right corner and some creasing and discoloration, but is in good shape for its age. The item is sold as is. SHIPPING - DOMESTIC: Buyer to pay shipping & handling costs by USPS. Least expensive mailing option will be used unless another type of service is requested by buyer. Please advise.
