Here's a complete AMI (Arc Machines) 307 Orbital Welding System. Manufacture date Apr, 2005. Click here for manufacturers website It's never been used as far as I can tell. Other than a scratch on the side of the power supply, which I accidently put there, and a bit of residual magic marker on the top of the unit, its in new, pristine condition. It consists of the Model 307 power supply, Model M307-CW head chiller/cooler, and a Model 9-1500 head with .25" collets and 15 ft extension cables. The connectors still have plastic wrap on some of them. There's no evidence anywhere that its ever been used other than it appears from one of the screens it was powered up for about 9 hours and had the head on it for 1.5hr. No welds, no saved weld schedules. No liquid has ever been in the chiller, and the head appears never to have been fired. No tungstens are included. All parts are available from the manufacturer. There may be other sources for collets. The head can handle a maximum collet size of 1.5". Two (2) collets are required for welding-one on either side of the head. They can be the same size, or different for welding 2 different tube sizes. Although I didn't try to run the head, as I don't have gas, knowledge, etc., I powered up the power supply. It automatically senses the voltage--(110v, 220v, or 460v--SINGLE PHASE or Three Phase!). The power supply comes up with Windows ME, and goes into the AMI program. I snooped all around the menus, some of which are pictured below. The unit works with a keyboard and mouse, but it is also has a touch screen. The supply has USB and even a floppy drive. I tested the printer and it works, too. Please let me know what kind of power plug you require so that it can be wired and ready to fire up when you receive it.
