You are bidding on a Vintage Hand Tool. I believe this is a crimping tool but I am not positive. I am not sure how to use this tool nor do I know exactly what purpose it serves. I do know when you squeeze the bottom of the handles together they pop open and it will ratchet back allowing the handles to lock in different positions. The markings on this tool are as follow... AMP 16-14 2 1/2-4 P.I.D.G. 1 2 3 1 2 3 Made In U.S.A... This is a metal tool. This tool has clearly been used. I am selling this tool in as found condition so it should benefit from a good cleaning and/or oiling. I uploaded 12 pictures for you to "ZOOM". Pictures are an integral part of my description.
