This is a lightly used Amperex 7092 industrial oscillator/amplifier tube.  It was removed from a working dual section induction heating and sputtering power supply.  The ~450khz RF generator section was used a little for induction heating and had its own different oscillator tube.  The 7092 tube was in the sputtering section which saw almost no use.  The Amperex 7092 tube is a directly heated triode especially designed for both intermittent and continuous operation.  It features rugged construction and excellent overload characteristics, and can operate at frequencies up to 50 MHz.  The maximum DC plate voltage is 7 kV, and the maximum plate current is 1 A, depending on operating configuration.  A ceramic mounting plate and all 5 terminal connectors/adapters are included.  Full tube specifications can be viewed at http://www.tubecollectors.org/amperex/archives/7092(60).pdf . Two 7092 tubes with the same history are available.  You are bidding on one.  The second may be had at the same bid price as for the first, i.e. two for double the money.
