These were purchased at an industrial supplier liquidation earlier this year, and they were received in a bulk unmarked box.  We packaged them in heavy Ziplok bags for resale.  We are listing them as "used."  However, they all look basically the same, so they may have been soldered, installed, and then removed prior to use.
