The Tektronix 067-0502-00 is an instrument designed for calibrating oscilloscope calibrators. It is very similar to the 067-0502-01. Tested and seems fine.  The X100 function has been disabled as per the latest version 067-0502-01.  Very nice instrument.  The large power supply capacitors have been replaced along with two off value resistors.  All internal power supplies have been adjusted and tweaked.  The unit was run for 4 hours to verify stability.
