NEW AMS 10" - 14" Servo Cutter for Post Extrusion The AMS 12" Servo Cutter is ideal for large cross sectional extrusions, such as foamed parts. With a unique under-frame design, the 12" AMS Servo Cutter can be built to hold a variety of large bushing sizes in the range from 10-14". The cutters feature the following: 1. New Fly Knife cutter mounted on Steel Cold Roll Frame. 2. Heavy Duty Steel Frame 3. 42 ” centerline unless otherwise specified 4. Digital operator interface for all displays and parameters 5. Demand cutting, Timer cutting, Continuous cutting 6. Quadrature Encoder 7. Encoder Mounting Bracket for Mounting on Puller 8. Yaskawa Servo Motor and Controls, 5kW motor 9. Inline direct drive gearbox for increased torque 10. Stainless Steel Guards 11. Capable of holding up to 12” OD Bushing. Customer to approve exact size or send AMS bushings to fit. 12.
