Not certain but this may have been designed for a turntable of sorts. Gearbox Model #D-127580 The American Display Co. (They make animated displays/signs) Dayton, Ohio USA 3/8" diameter double end shafts x 1/2 "Long (to bearing) shafts marked "A" & "B" turn at same RPM 7/32 I.D. thru hole x 2 3/4" deep Shafts A & B turn 16 RPM with belt in position shown. Three step pulley on gearbox. 9/16, 11/16, & 7/8 pulley diameters. Outboard shafts marked "R" but free turning, bronze bearings. 2 5/8" between motor shaft & gearbox shaft. Gearbox held together with 3 machine screws. The motor is made by: Universal Electric Co. Owosso, MI USA 3 Step pulley on on motor 1 1/2", 2" & 2 1/2" pulley diameters 3/16 dia.
