--I am the original owner and builder of this AnaTek Blue ESR Meter. It is fully assembled & tested with fresh battery, optional stand, color printed and bound manual with troubleshooting guide, calibration resistors, spare transistor and parrot clips (original clips included). I purchased and built this in 2014. You can review the features in photos 11 and 12. --You can see the sequence of basic operation as follows: Photo No. 2: Initial power up display Photo No. 3: Measurement of test lead resistance Photo No. 4: Test leads 0'd out and ready to test Photo No. 5: "Good" ESR test Photo No. 6: "Bad" ESR test Photo No. 7: Calibration reading for 5.6 ohm resistor Photo No. 8: Calibration reading for 82 ohm resistor--close enough! --I encountered one issue during building and have a spare Q1 (2N3906) transistor which the factory sent and which I will include. --From a smoke and pet free home. --I will ship this by USPS priority mail. Priority mail rates are now virtually the same as parcel select for small packages and eBay is apparently phasing out parcel select as an option. In any event, just pay the eBay shipping calculator amount to your address.
