ANCO 10 Hp INDUSTRIAL MIXER w RADIAL DISC IMPELLER MODEL-170AC 68 SERIAL-B120 IMPELLER-38B-34 HP-10 VOLTS-240/460 PHASE-3 THIS IS A NICE INDUSTRIAL MIXER WITH A RADIAL DISC IMPELLER WITH 6 VERTICAL BLADES. UNIT HAS BEEN FULLY CHECKED AND IS IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION. THE STAINLESS STEEL SHAFT IS 14' IN LENGTH. I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET TOO MUCH INFO ON THIS MODEL, BUT COMES AS PICTURED AND GAURANTEED TO BE IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION. I DID FIND THIS INFO BELOW ON ANCO RADIAL DISC IMPELLERS. Radial Disc Impeller This impeller uses four, six or eight vertical blades attached to a horizontal disc. The impeller pumps out in a radial direction and generates a recirculating mixing pattern above and below the disc. This type of design is stable under varying liquid depths. This high shear, high power design is an excellent choice as a rapid mixer in shallow basins, solids suspensions in shallow or varying water depths, and is often used as the lower impeller in a multiple impeller design.
