This sheeter is like new, it was used only to roll cake fondant a couple times and the bakery went out of business. It has no scratches or dents and a light cleaning it would pass for new. It is a dual pass for dough balls into pizza real fast of it will sheet 85 feet per minute. * Easy to clean hardened chrome plated steel rollers. * Front and back panels open for easy access and spring loaded scrapers numbered for easy re-install and lift our for easy cleaning of the rollers. * All welded steel construction, the rollers will never lose their precise alignment. * Original warranty said 250,000 pizza crusts or 3 years on the drive train so it was made to last. * Accepts dough balls up to 36 ounces and can roll dough up to 20" wide. * Dimensions HxWxD 30.5 X 26 x 26 motor 3/4 HP. * An optional dough docker is available for this machine (not included). * This machine was $7000 new. I am looking for local pick up in Northern CA. I may drive a bit to meet you and deliver it for a fee. Shipping will be expensive around $500. I will assist with shipping but you will arrange and pay for it.
