Item given to me some time ago from a Dress Maker who advised in good working condition. I do not know how it works & not sure how to adjust. I have not touched the adjustments as I do not want to break it. It was only used as decor in my home, so please be sure to ask questions. It has a few normal soil marks that would come with an item of this age. There is a small pull in the material near the bust - see many pics. This item is packaged & the approx. cost to ship to the UNITED STATES will be approximately $66.50 & possibly higher (pending your area) - this is due to weight and size. It is very heavy and had to be packaged very carefully with special materials to make sure it will arrive safely. Shipping outside of Canada & USA is very expensive.
