It could be adapted for use on car haulers, boot trailer or in shop setting. All the parts move like they are supposed to, one side has mounting arm missing and there is surface rust present. MEASUREMENTS: The Geared wheel is 9" in diameter, could handle a 3/8" cable easily, the end of crank handle to center shaft is 14".
