LOUIS BUTTON COMPANY Codell Construction Company is a fourth-generation family owned corporation. They have proudly provided quality construction services throughout the world for over 100 years. Codell Construction was established in 1908 and was incorporated in 1917. Codell Construction has been active in many aspects of the construction business. When the company was first established it was a highway and railroad contractor. Codell Construction has also completed several major projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. In past years Codell Construction has actively participated in several large Joint Ventures as well as performing sizeable contracts as an individual company. The company participated in the Joint Venture which built the $150 million Oroville Dam in California, at the time the highest earthfill dam in the world. They were also actively involved in the construction of the Trans Alaska Pipeline System. Codell Construction was involved in a three company Joint Venture in Guatemala, C.A. over a period of ten years. This Venture completed the lengthening and resurfacing of the Guatemala City International Airport, and also performed work for the Guatemalan Highway Department during that ten year period. Codell Construction is a construction management company that also provides design/build services. The company has experience with a wide array of projects including higher education facilities, primary education facilities, medical facilities, libraries, judicial centers, detention centers/jails, family activity centers, convention centers and industrial projects. Throughout all of our projects we have always remained committed to satisfying our clients by completing projects on time, within budget and in a quality manner.
