Most interesting & unusual neat olde book in pretty good for its age as-is-as-found condition, fairly well taken care of & nicely preserved. Super 144 page reference just loaded with every heating & ventilating system, Buffalo Fan System & every part imaginable that was available from them at the time (seriously I could write a book about this book, just great, great "stuff"). No torn, loose or missing pages, spine/fold has a little tearing & covers have a little weakness, few minor edge/corner dings here & there, no big deals & still pretty decent for how this book was constructed over 100 years ago, looks like string bound or at least string reinforced binding which is fairly tight & solid with a folded over-glued on cover. Just lots of fabulous old way-cool machinery shown with many, many pics, charts, graphs, specs, tables. Dated 1908. 9" x 6".
