You are bidding on a very old metal/iron wheel. This is sold as is. The spoke by the # is cracked. This would be great for a refurbished project. The out side of this wheel at one time had a belt or rubber around the outside with nails as seen in the pictures. There is wood inserts around the outside of the wheel. This wood now is fragile and chipping. There is a #289L on the wheel. It measures across approx. 12 inches and is approx. 5 inches in width. This weigh's approx. 24 lbs........
