I believe this to be a C.F. Pease brand cutter, though I could be mistaken. It appears to me to be fully complete and functional though I am, admittedly, not familiar with this type of thing. Cutting width of just under 40” with a fence on both sides and, conveniently, comes with backstop fence to make repeated cuts. The shear blade is incredibly heavy but with the (removable) counterweight it is perfectly balanced. Please note that one of the feet has a repair - as is visible in the pics. I can help load but, my apologies, I’m not able to facilitate shipping through any freight carriers. So, please, plan to pick up yourself. I’m willing to store for a month to facilitate pickup.
