This is an amazing pressed steel flywheel from a mill in Wythe County, Va! This steel wheel is roughly 5' in diameter and 14" thick. It has attractive designs stamped in the spokes! This wheel would make a very impressive table, wall hanger, or whatever you can imagine! This is a very impressive item from the industrial age of America, the wheel was installed around 1916 and has not been in use since the mid 1940s. The last picture is before it was removed from the building. It is in excellent condition, even the leather bearing is still intact! The center shaft can be left in the wheel or removed, your choice. This listing is for the large steel wheel pictured. This is a large item that is listed as pick up only, I can help load it on your trailer or transporter.
