  This is a large and heavy item. It weighs 13 1/4 Lbs. before packaging and measures 14 1/2 inches long overall, with a roughly 12 x 9 inch base and stands 6 inches tall. These were used at public functions like county fairs, church bazaars, race tracks and other gathering where people enjoyed festivities and good eating. The ham was stood up (knuckle down) in the teeth, clamped to support the weight of the ham, and sliced as needed for sandwiches. This items age is roughly turn of the century... 1900 or so. This carving station is in great condition with only normal nickel plate loss from use. No damage, No excuses. I could not find any information on the SAUSAGE MOLD CORP. of LOUISVILLE KY...
