Make sure you view them all.  If you are up for a project would be a great one! It is been in a barn for 30 years. The Good: Zero Rot. Just some surface rust No major, unfixable damage. The inner sheet metal is pushed in a little at a couple of spots. I have the combination A project that average Joe can take on The Minor Missing a few screws Years ago when someone was removing it from a building they spray painted the word "save' on the front. I removed that spray paint and inevitably some green paint came along with it. The red showing now is the color the door was previously painted. It looks like red spray paint. The entire door would be sanded and repainted anyway so no big deal. The Bad: When I turn the handle I can't get it to lock (the 3 nubs to come out). Don't know if it needs oiled, greased, etc. You can take off the inner "cover" and see the interworkings by removing about 10 screws. I'm just not prepared to take that step unless I'm refinishing it myself. The tip of the outdoor door handle is missing. The entire inner handle is missing. A makeshift threaded bolt is in place now as you can see. Anything with a similar thread could be put in place. Please ask all questions before buying/bidding. Local pick up only or a would consider delivering for a few. It is manageable but too heavy to ship.       Payment and Shipping PAYMENT TERMS: PAYPAL ONLY.
