Antique Printing Plate Of Outline Of State Of Ohio

US $9.00

This is a very unique and rare piece of media history! It is a printing plate that was used for articles in periodicals, newspapers and etc. It is an outline of the State of Ohio. The major highlight of the printing plate seems to be some sort or route or river that starts at Toledo (highlighting Ft. Meigs) and continues south passing through Fremont, Ft. Seneca, Upper Sandusky, Norton, Delaware, Berkshire, Cranville, Newark, Zanesville and ending at the state line at Marietta (by the Ohio River). It is a metal printing plate, set on a block of wood and it is in original condition and is unaltered. The background of the block of wood has a beautiful looking wood grain! Our picture taken of the plate does not do it justice! It looks awesome when literally holding it and viewing it! Its actual size is 5 3/4" (high) x 5" (wide) x 1" (deep). We acquired this printing plate in an antique store in northern Ohio. We ship mainly by USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box service! We encourage buyers to be willing to pay extra for USPS shipping insurance. If desired, please contact us before sale ends! This item will be purchased "as is" and no warranties are implied or indemnified and no returns will be accepted! The seller assumes no liability for damage or loss during shipping! It is highly recommended that the buyer purchase shipping insurance to protect from damage or loss! Thanks for Looking.
