This unit is located in Schenectady NY.  Will deliver to NYC and local area for a FEE.  PICK UP available 7 days a week.   Thanks for looking and good luck!  This butcher block is extremely heavy! Be warned-- it is nearly 400 pounds!  The block is made of pure maple and is 14" thick. The legs are made of pure oak and are on vintage castors. It does wheel, but it is still heavy. Its total dimensions are 30" X 30" X 36". It is in great shape for its age. There is a split in the wood, near the center.  This piece is very old and is not perfect. There are multiple dents, cracks, chips, and places of discoloration. There are red marks on this butcher bock, but they look to bright to be blood remains. But, it could be blood I suppose. In other  words, it has been used and loved. This piece is still very SOLID and has many more years of use in it. It is just NOT perfect, it has some character. See pictures for detail.
