Gear Transmission, 10 quart.This auction is for a ANVIL PROFESSIONAL Tabletop Mixer. Bought from an estate sale for re-sale here on E-Bay. Runs fine and quiet. Timer functions as it should. Beeps and shuts off when time is up. Bowl raises and lowers as it should. with the handle. All 5 speeds run fine. Some specs from the tag....Anvil Professional Mixer, Serial# 30638,Model MIX7110A, 650 Watts,6 amps,1-phase 100-120V, 2003. Great mixer for cupcake shop, bagel mixes or heavy home use. Comes with the bowl, spatula/paddle and whisk as you see in the pictures. It is missing the top plastic shield guard which could not be located. As they often are it got removed....hard to clean and not really all that handy. I am sure one could locate one. Color is a metallic silver with a darker silver metallic top cover. The switch which fastens to the shield is still there hanging. It is wired still into the circuit and stops the mixer when you trigger it as I suppose it does when used with the cover. Could be simply bypassed and the wires pushed up into the head and they would never be seen but I wanted to sell it this way so it is ready for a cover if someone wants it that way. There is some info below that I copied/pasted from a website about the model 7110 without the "A' behind it. Not sure what the difference is. Manual and parts diagrams could be printed from the internet but not sure what you would need them, pretty simple and runs either manually or with the timer. So simple I can do it. I have test run it on all speeds for at least an hour total with no performance issues, but I am selling it with no returns or refunds, please. The bowl looks in really good shape and certainly has not been abused. I have good feedback on E--Bay and try real hard to not sell items that I wouldn't use myself and I do like happy customers. Unit with the 2 attachments weighs 42lb. Height is about a bit over 21", 14" wide to outside of bowl locks, and about 18" deep from back to front with the bowl on. Base is about 12" wide by 16" deep as far a counter required to set it on. There are a few nicks and scratches from use, I took pics of the worse ones but you will never really pay much attention to them since they are small. It is used. Shipping will have to be based on 50lb. from Florida zip by UPS Ground in a large box. I will insure for the sale price at my expense. Will double-box and pad well for travel and I have experience in packing large, heavy items like this. ADDED 12/16. I contacted Vollrath Co. which bought the Anvil line here in the US. The Vollrath mixer 40756 is pretty much identical and they carry the Safety Guard Assembly complete under part# XMIX1017 for $224 which fastens right on the this Anvil mixer and uses the existing switch. The aluminum replacement dough hook is available from webstaurantstore, item # 92240763 for $46.99. I believe this to be accurate information but the buyer would have to research on their own to be sure. Vollrath customer service phone # is WI is 800-628-0830.
