 Anzac Model D1-4 Broadband Frequency Doubler (Quantity 1)  Specifications: Input Frequency Range: 5 MHz to 1,000 MHz Output Frequency Range: 10 MHz to 2 GHz Conversion Loss 13 dB maximum at 20 mw input Other specifications can be obtained from two photos of the Anzac D-1-4 (Same as D1-4) data sheet Physical Characteristics: SMA female connectors on input and output  Size 1-3/8" square by 3/4" thick (less SMA connectors) 2 threaded mounting holes on back (see 2nd photo) Test Data: Fifth photo shows the D1-4 connected to an Advantest R2367 8 GHz Spectrum Analyzer.  The doubler was driven with a 1 GHz signal at +12 dBm from a HP 8648C Generator Sixth photo shows a 2 GHz spectrum at 0 dBm resulting from the 1 GHz @ +12 dBm input Seventh photo shows the harmonics at 4 GHz (down 23 dB) and 6 GHz (down 43 dB) from the 2 GHz output Eighth photo shows the 1 GHz input signal on the left, 2 GHz output centered and 3 GHz (3rd harmonic of the input on the right)  Only the Anzac D1-4 Broadband Frequency Doubler is included in this action.  The Spectrum Analyzer, coax cable and BNC adapters are NOT part of the auction and are shown just to demonstrate the operation of the D1-4.  This is an excellent and low cost method of achieving a 1-2 GHz signal out of a 1 GHz signal generator with spurious signals at least a 100 times down from the desired output Shipping is USPS Small Flat Rate Box with delivery tracking I take PayPal ONLY  PayPal payment is expected within 24 hours of auction close, if possible Please contact me via eBay Message if any questions arise before leaving feedback or opening a case.  I will do my best to solve them!
