Anzac Model D1-4 Broadband Frequency Doubler   Specifications: Input Frequency Range: 5 MHz to 1,000 MHz Output Frequency Range: 10 MHz to 2 GHz Conversion Loss: 13 dB maximum at 20 mw input Other specifications can be obtained from two photos of the Anzac D-1-4 (Same as D1-4) data sheet Physical Characteristics: SMA female connectors on input and output  Size 1-3/8" square by 3/4" thick (less SMA connectors) 2 threaded mounting holes on back (see 3rd photo) Test Data: Sixth and Seventh photos shows the D1-4 connected to an Advantest R2367 8 GHz Spectrum Analyzer.  The doubler was driven with a 1 GHz signal at +13 dBm from a HP 8648C Generator.  The center frequency of 2.0 GHz  is doubled output at 0 dBm of the input signal on the left at 1,000 MHz.  The signal on the right is the 3rd harmonic of the input or (3 GHz) Note: Loss of lettering on the front of the D1-4 around "1" on the 10 MHz Only the Anzac D1-4 Broadband Frequency Doubler is included in this action.  The Spectrum Analyzer, coax cable and BNC adapters are NOT part of the auction and are shown just to demonstrate the operation of the D1-4.  This is an excellent and low cost method of achieving a 1-2 GHz signal out of a 1 GHz signal generator with low spurious signals.  Two of these have been sold over the past few months, this is my last one.
