This is a dedicated adjustable thermostatically controlled desoldering station for thru hole electronic components and circuit boards. The unit was purchased to aid in parts removal for a refurbishment project, and determined it was not up to the high volume all day job at hand. I have used this unit for no more than 10 times, and had to upgrade due to the volume of work performed. Very good condition, like new. I am not using it any more, so it needs a new home. If you are looking for a use it every now and then product then this is for you. Suggest using Hakko filters for the solder collection tube, I can send the purchaser the part number for these filters upon request.
