Manufacturer: AP & S Model: TwinStep-B H3P04 Type: Semi-Automatic H3PO4 2 stage Megasonic QDR Version: 200 mm Condition: excellent Vintage: Nov 2005 Sale condition: as is where is Quantity: 1 Comments: Supply Voltage: 3 phase N. PE. Nominal Voltage: 3 x 400 VAC 50 Hz 9A 3 KVA Ce marked Deinstalled Warehoused can be inspected by appointment Config: 2 x Metronics C1500-ME megasonic cleaning systems includes manuals The serial number is TS05447 I've got all the manuals here in my office. It is a small wet processing system and the general description by the manufacturer AP and S is "Twinstep-B H3PO4" The process is H3PO4 Megasonic QDR. The robotic handling system is an EF Werner profiLINE 115, the software is Logic intelliTOOL, pump is IWAKI FW-Series,Pressure regulator is TESCOM, serial type 04, dosing pre-mix cabinet pump is IWAKI Type EH, Gas filter for N2 is Millipore, wafergard II F6 inline. The tool was manufactured in November 2005 and removed from production in March 2010. Since removal, it has been at my warehouse in Avezzano Italy. The tool has a decontamination certificate with it. The tool has the overall following dimensions:- L 900 mm D 1584 mm H 1800 mm (upper edge of cleanroom) L 900 mm D 1584 mm H 2600 mm (upper edge of pre-mix cabinet) If you need any more information or any photos on any part of the machine, let me know and I'll get it for you.
