APS / DDM Novastar L-60 / L60/ L 60 Automated Pick and Place System This is a low hour/low board count L60 machine that was used in a prototyping facility. There is minimal to no wear on any components. The machine is clean, and currently operating. All options are installed, including camera system and fluid dispensing system. There are a total of 29 feeders, including a vibratory feeder. (4 feeders are marked with issues). Computer is completely operational, and system passes all self checks. Five different pick nozzles are included. Pictures are below, along with a link to a video of this actual machine in a demonstration operation (taken in Feb 16). DDM Novastar shows this machine as up to date in their system, and provides 24/7 technical support for the life of the machine for a single $3600 transfer fee (no future licensing or maintenance contract fees!). In this video, we show that the machine is operating without stopping, which indicates that it is free of errors or problems. There are no parts currently loaded in the feeders or solder paste loaded in the dispenser, as we are trying to keep the machine as clean as possible at this time.
