APW Wyott 55811W2 11 Qt. Commercial Soup Warmer This is a countertop soup warmer that I got out of a local restaurant that closed down a few years ago. This piece of equipment is fully tested and working perfectly. This is a stainless steel APW Wyott Model 55811W2. It holds an 11 Qt. pan and has adjustable heat settings. It plugs into a standard 110V outlet and uses 350W. Includes everything you see pictured: The warmer and an 11 qt. Vollrath pot with lid. This is a used piece of equipment that is probably about 15 years old. It was well-maintained and cleaned, but it’s not perfect and shows a little use wear. You can see a dark spot in the bottom of the well in the photos, but it still looks pretty sharp. Measures about 14 in. wide X 16 in. deep and stands about 11 in. tall with the pot and lid. Please pay attention to the photos. I sell a lot of old, used items and the photos will give a much better description than I could ever type out.
